"Photography has been an interest of mine since my pre-teen years in Michigan. During high school, I built my first Black & White darkroom and shot medium format for my high school newspaper. Throughout the seventies and eighties my work was mostly color landscape transparencies and snapshots of growing kids!

"In the mid-nineties, I had the fortune to become friends with a photographer here in New England. The timing was right: Roger encouraged me to get back into photography, lending me his expertise and his darkroom. I upgraded my gear and learned the color darkroom process just in time for it to become obsolete.

"Now I work exclusively with digital technology: Nikon camera equipment and Photoshop as my 'Digital Darkroom.' From digital image capture and processing to the finished print, the advances in photographic technology continue to stretch the imagination..."
